Paintball Knee Pads are one of the most important pieces of protective gear that you can have! Since a lot of the sport is spent crouching down, sliding, diving, or crawling your knees can take a beating without proper protection. The best knee pads for paintball are going to vary person to person, some may prefer ones that are compression fit, some may prefer ones that have one or two straps to keep them in place, and others may prefer to use something like full protective bottoms. There is no right or wrong when it comes to knee pads, what is important is that they will protect and that they are comfortable for the person wearing them.
How do you know what knee pads to get for paintball? It can be more difficult than just choosing some random pads, but the best way to determine what is best is by trying them on. You want to make sure that when you are wearing them they are not cutting off circulation, but are well fitted and will not move when sliding on them. You also want to ensure that the ones that you use are going to offer enough protection for what you are doing, for example if you are a snake player that dives a lot, you likely will not want to use something that has minimal protection. On the flip side of that though, if you are a back player, it is less likely that you will need a pad that is very dense or thick padding, and you could get away with something that has a more minimal pad to it. As new paintball knee pads are released, they will be added here with the rest of the available knee pads.
