FREE SHIPPING WITH ANY PURCHASE OVER $29!

All orders over $29 now come with complimentary FREE ECONOMY shipping or choose a low-cost upgrade option for only $4.95. Other options available at checkout if you need expedited shipping. While we will do our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there is some important information we want you to be aware of.

Keep in mind most carriers only guarantee overnight deliveries, if you need an item for a specific day, please choose the appropriate delivery for your order keeping the following information in mind. Most orders will ship the same day if received before 2pm PST Mon-Fri. Some order’s may take 1-2 business days to process. Please note Sat/Sun do not count as shipping days.

  • Not valid on international orders.
  • All orders returned will be charged the original shipping charges.
  • Amounts paid for shipping are not refundable
  • Some items may be excluded from the free shipping option.
  • Free economy ground orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) with a total delivery time of 7-9 business days depending on the location the item is being shipped to. If we are having a problem processing your order, we will send you an e-mail or try and reach you by phone. The order will be delayed if the order has a different ship to address than the billing address, this is due to the credit card verification process (up to 24 hour delay).
  • Sometimes during the holiday seasons Nov/Dec, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Ship times shown online are an estimation provided by the carrier at the time of checkout. These estimations do not account for order processing time (up to 1-2 business days on certain orders) or any potential carrier related delays which are out of our control. These times may not be an exact representation of when your order will arrive, but are the expected shipping time from our California warehouse to the shipping address provided.

If a shipping method other than “Economy” is selected at checkout, your order will be shipped using this method. Once the order is in possession of the mail carrier any shipping charge is non-refundable and not changeable. Even if it does not arrive within the carrier provided estimated time frame, carriers do not refund shipping fee’s in any circumstance other than overnight ‘Next-Day-Air’ guaranteed shipping.
